Hamstring pain

When I first came into therapy, I had pain in my hamstring as well as difficulty walking and standing. At times, the pain was severe and impairing my daily life. We did exercises with hamstring stretching techniques as well as a traction machine workout. I can now notice a considerable amount of more movement without pain and discomfort. I am so amazed at the difference within such a short amount of time. I can’t thank Fiona and Matt enough for their training and guidance throughout!
