1lb hamburger meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can Rotel
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 ½ cups cheddar or American cheese
Brown hamburger meat, onion and green pepper in skillet. Drain once finished. Add tomato soup, Rotel, corn and cheese to meat mixture. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
