Becky’s Garden Spiral Salad

12 OZ pkg. tri-color spiral noodles
Cook in 4 quarts boiling water 6-8 minutes until tender, rinse in cold water.

Mix and set aside:
1 large bottle Zesty Italian dressing
¼ cup McCormick’s salad supreme seasoning

Combine and add to noodles:
½-1 cup hard Italian salami, cut into cubes or strips
½ cup pepperoni (if desired, cut small)
1 cup cucumber, optional (peeled, seeded and finely chopped)
cup thinly sliced red onion
2 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2/3 cup Provolone cheese, cut into small cubes
1/3 cup green or red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup sliced black olives

Add dressing mix to spirals and ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight to mix flavors. Vegetable, meat and cheese amounts can be adjusted to suit taste. You can top off this dish with mozzarella cheese and black olives to make a pretty buffet dish even more attractive.
