German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1-German chocolate cake mix
1-14 oz Eagle brand condensed milk-sweetened
1-jar caramel ice cream topping
1-8 oz cool whip topping
1-8 oz bag Heath English toffee bits

Preparation
Bake in a 13 x 9 cake pan, let cool completely, poke holes in cake using end of a wooden spoon, pour condensed milk over cake, pour caramel over cake, cover with whip cream, sprinkle heath bits over top, cover and refrigerate.
