Josh’s Chicken Enchilada Soup

1 pound of chicken
2 cups of chicken stock
10oz can of red enchilada sauce
2 cans of black beans (drained)
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 can of corn (drained)
4oz can of green chiles
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 white onion (diced)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
