1 package of turkey breakfast sausage
1 head of cabbage
1 big pack of mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cook breakfast sausage in a pan by itself until browned.
While sausage is cooking, cut cabbage, onion, and mushrooms. Also mince the garlic.
Pour a little olive oil in a big pot and put the cut veggies and minced garlic in. When the sausage is done, drain it and pour it in the pot as well.
Season with Cavendar’s and black pepper to taste. Cook until cabbage and veggies are tender.
