Margaret’s Mexican Chicken Casserole

1 or 2 pounds of chicken breasts boiled and deboned
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 can Rotel drained
1 chopped onion
1 16oz package shredded cheese
1 large bag of Doritos

Mix soups, Rotel, onion and chicken.

Add ½ of cheese to mixture.

Place chips in bottom of baking pan and layer with mixture until pan is full.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Top with remaining bag of cheese and put back in oven until cheese melts.
