Mr. Michael’s Gazpacho Salad

2 large cucumbers, sliced thin
5 to 6 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
1 TBSP. accent seasoning
1 TBSP. sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Prepare vegetables and place in a covered container. Add salt, pepper, accent, and sugar. Toss. Let stand in the fridge for 2 hours. Then add oil and vinegar. Toss and refrigerate overnight.
