Mrs. Margaret’s Cornbread Salad
2 bunches of green onions
Small can of mexicorn corn or whole kernel corn – drained
2 tomatoes – Cut into chunks
1 bell pepper
Mayo to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake cornbread. Break into chunks. Add green onions, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, Mayo, salt and pepper into bowl. Mix together, chill and serve.
