Ms. Barbara’s Chicken Spaghetti

1 cup of celery-chopped
1 cup green sweet peppers-chopped
1 cup onions-chopped
2 garlic cloves-chopped
2 tablespoons of chicken fat or butter
1 tablespoon of chili powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms
1 package of spaghetti
1 whole chicken
1 pound of cheddar or American cheese

Stew chicken till tender and then debone the chicken. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth left over from the stewed chicken. Sauté the celery, green peppers, onion and garlic in chicken fat for 10 minutes. Drain spaghetti and add soup mixture, and the deboned chicken. Mix and put in greased 9×13 pan. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
