Ms. Cindy’s Taco Soup

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
16 oz. kidney beans with liquid
16 oz. pinto beans with liquid
16 oz. navy beans with liquid
16 oz. whole corn with liquid
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
4 oz. rotel
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 to 2 cups of water
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large pan. Add onion until cooked translucent.
2. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
3. Simmer 1 hour.
4. Add water if needed.
5. Serve with cornbread or corn chips.

Ms. Bernice’s Cream Cheese Carmel Pie

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 8 oz. cool whip
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Pour half in pie crust. Top with 1/2 of caramel topping. Put remaining filling on top. Top with the rest of caramel topping and cool whip. Top with chopped pecans if desired
