Pam’s Monkey Bread

½ cup of sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon
3 cans (7.5oz) biscuits
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¾ c margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a Bundt pan.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a Ziploc bag.

Separate dough into 30 biscuits, cut each into quarters. Shake dough pieces in bag to coat then place in greased pan.

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil.

Pour mixture over biscuit pieces. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.

Cool pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down on to serving plate, pull apart to serve.
