Patsy’s Pimento Cheese

8 oz cheddar
8 oz Velveeta
8 oz American (deli select-not wrapped)
2 of the larger jars of pimentos (include the juice)
½ medium jar of pickles—dill or kosher—may include a little juice
½ c may or miracle whip (to coat-will be a little soupy, but will thicken overnight)
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Grind each ingredient into bowl, then sprinkle garlic powder and stir in mayo/miracle whip. If no grinder, grate cheese and pickles.
