Robin’s Four-Layer Delight
2 small box instant pudding – your choice on flavoring
3 cups milk
8 oz of cream cheese
2 small cool whip bowls
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crushed pecans
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
Mix melted butter flour and 1 cup of pecans in a baking dish. Cook until light brown. Set aside to cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of cool whip. Spread evenly over 1st layer. Put in refrigerator to set.
Mix pudding with milk. Spread evenly over 2nd layer. Put in refrigerator to set.
Spread remaining cool whip over the 3rd layer and top with crushed pecans.
