Mrs. Nancy’s Sausage Cups

1 can butter flake biscuits
1 pkg. sausage (your choice)
1 pkg. Monterey Jack Cheese

Brown crumbled sausage and drain well.
Cut biscuits in half and mold into small muffin tins.
Put sausage into dough cups.
Cube cheese into small squares and place one square on top of each muffin.
Bake at 375 degrees until biscuits are golden brown.
