Our Process
Simply fax over your prescription and we will handle it from there. You can print out our Referral Script by clicking the link below.
After receiving your prescription, we will schedule your patient’s first appointment within 24-48 hours. Our Care Coordinator will work with them to obtain all needed insurance and patient information. Our Insurance Verification Manager will verify and review physical therapy benefits so that it is clear and entirely understood. We will keep an open line of communication with your office through timely computerized reports, keeping you updated on your patient’s progress.
