Mrs. Mary’s Pecan Pie Tarts

3 whole eggs

1 cup white corn syrup

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

16 tart shells



Mix all ingredients well for about 2 minutes with a mixer. Pour into raw tart shells and cook very slowly at 300-325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
