6 jalapeno peppers 3 to 4 inches long
2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. accent seasoning
1 small can chopped black olives, optional
1/2 cup bacon bits
12 slices bacon, thin cut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat it with cooking spray. Parchment paper would work also. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out seeds and ribs. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, accent seasoning, black olives and bacon bits. Fill each jalapeño half full with mixture. Wrap each pepper with a half a slice of bacon, using a toothpick to secure bacon. Arrange peppers on baking sheet filling side up and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
