Becky’s Crunchy Baked Chicken

1 large container of French fried onions
¾ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup of dry bread crumbs
1-teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 pounds uncooked tenderloin chicken breast
1 egg, beaten
1-cup milk
¼ cup of margarine, melted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix beaten egg with milk and place chicken in mixture to coat.

In a plastic baggie, combine French fried onions, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.

Coat chicken with crumb mix and place in a greased 9” X 13” cooking dish.

Pour melted margarine over all.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
