Ingredients:
2 packages frozen cauliflower medley
3 large eggs
5 chicken breast tenderloins
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
ginger powder to taste
pepper to taste
3 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions:
Put the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok and turn to medium/high heat. Add in the cauliflower medley, garlic, ginger powder, and pepper. Cook until cauliflower is soft, about 10 minutes. Add chicken and soy sauce to cauliflower mixture and stir. Push cauliflower to one side of the pan and scramble three eggs. Mix eggs into the rest of the mixture. Serve.
