Ingredients
1-gallon blue lake cut green beans
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 c brown sugar
1 c melted butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
8-12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and broken into pieces
Preparing Directions
Drain green beans and pour into casserole dish that was sprayed with cooking spray. Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic salt, soy sauce, and brown sugar, stir until well mixed.
Crumble bacon bits on top of beans, and then pour the butter mixture over all.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until bacon is crisp.
For a smaller recipe:
3 cans cut green beans
3 tsp garlic salt
½ c brown sugar
½ c butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
4-8 slices of bacon
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered, and then 15-20 minutes uncovered.
