Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
8 slices American cheese
1 can of biscuits
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Cook beef and onion until browned. Drain. Add salt and pepper. Stir in ketchup, tomato sauce and two slices of cheese. Heat thoroughly. Turn into 8-inch square or 1 ½ qt. casserole dish. Cut cheese into thin strips; sprinkle over meat. Top with biscuits and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
