Peggy’s Hot Stuff

2 lbs ground beef
2 cans chili
1 can Rotel
10 flour tortilla shells
Velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown ground beef, then drain. Mix beef with 2 cans of chili and 1 can of Rotel.

Roll Velveeta cheese in flour tortilla shells and lay them in an oven dish. Pour beef mixture over shells and top with additional Velveeta. Bake until cheese is melted.
