Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 cup rice
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2-1 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Pour soup and water in a heavy pan with a tight lid. Put on heat while mixing other ingredients. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Drop in hot liquid. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn meatballs over halfway through 30 minutes.
